The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to official respondents to take action for removal of illegal and unauthorized possession of respondent No.11 over the building of respondent No.10Government Primary School, Sector 65, Ballabgarh, District Faridabad and to ensure restoration of possession in compliance of order dated 10.03.2026.

As per pleadings, the petitioners are residents of Ballabgarh, District Faridabad. Respondent No.11-Naveen Jaihind, Secretary, Hindustan Scouts and Guides, Haryana has illegally occupied building of Government Primary School, Sector 65, Ballabgarh. CWP-13134-2026 -2already cancelled allotment of building to respondent No.11 and ordered repossession to School. Duty Magistrate was appointed for removal of encroachment. District Elementary Education Officer multiple times has requested for eviction proceedings and registration of FIR against respondent No.11. Duty Magistrate was appointed, however, neither FIR has be registered till date nor building is got evacuated from respondent No.11.

Learned State counsel submits that allotment to Hindustan Scouts and Guides stands cancelled, thus, the building would be got evicted at the earliest.

In the wake of statement of learned State counsel, petition stands disposed of. The Court is sanguine that authorities would act swiftly.
