 %# 34#5 16 The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of Complaint bearing No. COMI/702/16 dated 23.09.2016 titled as " Vijay Kumar vs. Sandeep Dadwal" under Sections 323, 324, 341, 452, 506, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code as well as summoning order dated 19.01.2019 against the petitioners who have been falsely implicated in the present case and consequential proceedings arising out of the aforesaid case. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not intend to press the present petition at this stage and seeks liberty to raise all pleas before the Court at Ludhiana at an appropriate stage of the proceedings.

Dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.  52
