(ORAL) This is an application for reviewing order dated 11.05.2023 (Annexure A-1) passed by this Court in main revision.

This Court was though not inclined to interfere in the instant application since Rs.50,000/- for maintenance of both children as well as wife for a period of 25 days does not seem unreasonable at all, as is being made to look by the applicant-father. However, in the larger interest of justice, since he is pleading lack of bank balance, it is made clear that he may arrange money from other resources and money paid pursuant to this order shall be adjusted towards maintenance dues which are found payable after the same are determined by the Court below.
