******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that the prosecution has examined all the witnesses except four, who have been summoned for 17.11.2017. On that day, the prosecution will attempt to conclude its entire evidence provided that defence counsel cooperate in examining them. In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition. However, she requests that trial Court may be directed to expedite disposal of the case.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

Trial Court is directed to expedite trial of the case and try to dispose of the same at the earliest.
