(Oral) This is a petition for issuance of directions to the police authorities to register a case against respondent No.4 for embezzling and misappropriating the funds of Gram Panchayat etc. In view of ratio of authority Sakiri Vasu vs. State of U.P. and others 2008 (1) RCR (Criminal) 392, by the Apex Court, the remedy of the petitioner lies in approaching the Court of Judicial Magistrate under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C., for that purpose. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of relegating the petitioner to the remedy aforesaid.
