Tribhuvan Dahiya, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to promote the petitioners on the post of Principal in view of the letter dated 11.08.2017, Annexure P-4, issued by the Government of Haryana.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Ms. Anju Gupta, Deputy Director HRG-1 O/o Director of Secondary Education, submits that seniority list of teachers in the handicapped quota has already been finalised on 08.05.2023. Cases for promotion of eligible teachers to the post of Principal are being considered, and the whole process will be completed within a period of three months from now. The petitioners will also be considered for promotion subject to their eligibility, in accordance with law. 3.

In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners have no objection to the petition being disposed of, by granting them liberty to challenge the order to be passed by the respondents after considering them PAYAL 2023.08.11 18:39 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/document
