(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of Constitution of India for seeking directions to respondent No.3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent No.5 and also to decide the representation dated 21.04.2026 submitted by the petitioner. 2.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies as are available to the petitioner in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
