None **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No. 166 dated 26.08.2015, registered at Police Station Divn. No. 7 (Vardhman), Ludhiana, Distt. Ludhiana, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 376/506/34 IPC.

Petitioner is grand mother of the prosecutrix and is facing trial despite the fact that the matter stands compromised between the parties. She is in judicial custodial since 16.09.2015. The prosecutrix is present in the Court and states that she is ready to go with Sunil Kumar-main accused.

Heard.

Keeping in view the age of the petitioner and the fact that the trial is likely to take some time to conclude, the present petition is allowed.
