Learned State counsel submits that the candidature of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 14.07.2025 on the ground of having not possessed the requisite qualifications for appointment to the post of Veterinary Inspector under Physically Handicapped Category against advertisement No.17/2022, copy whereof has been handed over to his learned counsel, who seeks withdrawal of the petition to challenge the same, if required.
