This is a petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking consideration on pre-mature release of the petitioner as he has undergone the requisite period of sentence. 2.
A copy of letter dated September 24, 2015 has been produced on record, according to which, the case regarding pre mature release of convict - Mohinder Singh (petitioner) has already been sent
Crl. WP NO.1037 of 2014 2 with recommendations to Director General of Police (Prison), Punjab, Chandigarh. The case of the petitioner for releasing on pre-maturely is required to be sent to the Director General of Police (Prison), Uttar Pradesh at Luknow for consideration thereof.

Let necessary action in this regard be taken by respondent No.3 within a period of one month whereas respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall deal with the matter and dispose of the matter within a period of two months from the receipt thereof.
