HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that the petitioner is being harassed by her husband-respondent No.4 due to the fact that matrimonial dispute has been taken to the Court by the petitioner by filing petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C for the grant of maintenance. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is being pressurized by respondent No.4 to withdraw the said proceedings and has been threatened by respondent No.4 with the threat of life and liberty in case, the petitioner failed to do so.

Ms. Rajni Gupta, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who has joined the proceedings through video conference, keeping in view the service of advance copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

CRWP-6947-2020 For the grievance which has been raised of the petitioner in the present petition, the petitioner has already filed representations dated 20.08.2020 (Annexure P-3) and dated 25.08.2020 (Annexure P-4) respectively. The interest of justice will be served in case, a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide those representations within a period of one month from the receipt of the copy of this order by passing appropriate orders.

Needless to say that in case after the decision, it is found that any action needs to be taken, the same will be taken by respondent No.2 so that the petitioner does not suffer any threat to her life and liberty at the hands of respondent No.4.
