******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 833 dated 20.12.2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 506 of Indian Penal Code (for short IPC) (Section 307 IPC added later on) at Police Station Sector 10-A, District Gurgaon. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have appeared before the trial Court on 27.03.2017 and have been allowed interim bail in terms of order dated 20.03.20217. The trial in this case is in progress. The petitioners have been summoned to face trial on the application of the prosecution under Section 319 Cr.P.C. as Jyoti 2017.07.17 16:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
