Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail in FIR No.143 dated 05.04.2019 registered under Sections 302 and 34 IPC at Police Station Indri, District Karnal.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Ram Karan, submits that all prosecution witnesses have since been examined. 3.

None had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the last two dates of hearing. The position remains same even today, despite case having been called out twice.

It appears the petitioner is not interested to pursue that matter and even otherwise the case is at the fag end. 5.

Dismissed.
