The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C seeking grant of anticipatory bail in the above-captioned case. 2.

Upon notice and after hearing learned counsel for the State, the petitioner was directed to join investigation and was granted interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 29.5.2023. 3.
