(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 32 of 21.02.2017 under Section 376 IPC, registered at Police Station Dinanagar, District Gurdaspur. Learned State counsel on instruction from ASI Vaishno Dutt has informed the Court that the petitioner has joined the investigation on 23.03.2017. In the present case, at the time of marriage, the complainant and petitioner were major and they were having love affair.
