This petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in FIR No. 165, dated 9th June, 2020 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Uklana, District Hisar.

After arguing for some time and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
