Certified copy of order dated 19.2.2018 passed by JMIC Nabha has been placed on record. Learned counsel appearing for respondent o. 2 does not dispute the factum of petitioner appearing in the trial Court and having been granted interim bail.

Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 16.2.2018 is made absolute, subject to her fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
