******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) After arguing at length, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition and requests that the trial court be directed to expedite the matter.

Learned State counsel submits that 4 out of 18 witnesses have been examined so far.

The instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the disposal of the case and decide the same preferably within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order provided the defence counsel cooperate in cross-examining the witnesses on the day they appear to depose.
