SUDEEPTI SHARMA.J. (ORAL) 1.
This case pertains to the year 2006 and falls in the category of burnt cases. On 28.03.2024, no one had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants and the Registry was directed to inform the appellants as well as their counsel. As per report of the Registry, notices issued to the appellants received back unserved due to incomplete address and their counsel Mr. D.K.Gupta, Advocate was informed through e-mail. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the appellants. It seems that the appellants are no more interested in pursuing the present appeal. In these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution.
2.
Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
