The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.276 dated 15.6.2016 registered for the offences under Sections 379-A, 395, 341, 412 and 201 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Sadar Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar. Notice of motion was issued in this case.

Mr. B.S. Virk, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-State and contested this petition.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. From the record, I find that the FIR in the present case has been Harpal Singh Parmar 2017.05.02 18:01 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Cr. Misc. No.M-9434 of 2017 [2] registered at the instance of Atul Garg-complainant, who stated that after finishing the work at about 3.30 p.m. On 15.6.2016, he along with his Professor Praveen were returning to Sonipat by their car No.HR-26-CV1996, Ciaz Maruti, which was intercepted by another white colour Maruti 800 car and on pistol point Ciaz car was snatched. As per the prosecution case, the present petitioner was among the four boys, who snatched the car and Maruti 800 car, in which the accused had come, has been recovered from the present petitioner.

Keeping in view the nature and gravity of the offences, I do not find it a fit case where the petitioner is entitled to the benefit of regular bail. Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
