Stand of the petitioner is that various authorities have admitted the refund to be made to the petitioner, as would be clear from Annexures P1 & P4. According to him, he made a representation to respondent no. 2 who forwarded his representation to respondent no. 4. However, no decision has been taken thereon till now.

In view of above, we dispose off the writ petition. In case representation is pending in the office of respondent no. 4, a decision thereon shall be taken at the earliest, in any case not later than three weeks.
