-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.18 dated 8.3.2018 registered under Section 22 of NDPS Act at Police Station Lohian District Jalandhar (Rural).

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined proceedings before the trial Court in compliance of order dated 11.7.2022 and he also produced copy of the concerned order dated 31.8.2022 passed by the trial Court whereby the presence of the petitioner has been marked and the said order is taken on record.

The State counsel on instructions from ASI Sarabjit Singh has not disputed the aforesaid assertions made by the counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 11.7.2022 is PUNEET CHAWLA 2022.10.12 10:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
