**** MEHINDER SINGH SULLAR , J.(oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner at some length, having gone through the record, with his valuable help, when this Court was not inclined, to entertain the instant revision petition against the impugned order, by virtue of which, the accused were charged, containing the specific allegations that the petitioner has received the looted property of cash of amount of Rs.2 lacs from his co-accused and other evidence, then learned counsel intended to withdraw the present petition to enable the petitioner to take/urge all the points contained in it at the appropriate stage of the trial before the trial Court.
Dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for.
