(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner is confining his prayer in this petition to the sympathetic consideration of representation of the petitioner for taking him back in service as he had rendered over 20 years of service at the time of termination of services in the year 2014. The petitioner is the sole bread winner of his family.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in the event of the petitioner filing a representation, the same shall be considered and be decided within a period of three months from its receipt after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
