Both the parties are not being present today before this Court, and since the order dated 30.5.2024 has not been complied with so far, meaning thereby the parties have chosen not to assist the Court. Further, it is writ large on the face of it that the petitioners and the private respondents are not willing to proceed further and the Court has no other option left with it except to dismiss the instant petition. 3.
