**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 44 dated 2.2.2018, registered under Sections 354-D, 506 IPC and Section 67 of Information Technology Act, 2000, Police Station Dharuhera, District Rewari. Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 27.2.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and the phone has been recovered and he is no longer required.
