# Petitioner Inderjit Kaur is present in Court along with her minor children Prabhjot Singh aged around 8 years and minor daughter Harleen Kaur aged around 9 years.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that since custody of the children has been restored to her, she does not want to pursue the present matter and wishes to withdraw the same. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
