Mr. Amit Rana, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Punjab. MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) The instant petition has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.91 dated 26.08.2023 under Sections 22, 29 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Hariana, District Hoshiarpur.

Perusal of the order 31.05.2024 reveals that a request for adjournment had been made on behalf of learned arguing counsel for the petitioner, and the case was adjourned to 30.09.2024, however, none had entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner on the adjourned date. Thereafter, purely in the interest of justice, the case was adjourned to today. Even today, despite the case having been called, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter any further. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
