As per status report received from the trial Court, out of 12 Pws, 2 PWs have been examined. However, the State counsel has informed that as per his instructions 3 PWs have been examined during the trial so far. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Similar was the position on the last three previous dates of hearing. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursing the matter further. This is the third petition for grant of regular bail filed by the petitioner. The earlier two petitions are said to have been withdrawn by the petitioner on 29.7.2020 and 24.8.2021. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. (H.S.
