Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing the respondents to fix, notify and grant the pay scale to associate teachers and associate pre-primary teachers appointed under the Policy for Welfare of Adhoc, Contractual, Temporary Teachers (Nation Builders) and Other Employees in School Education Department dated 07.10.2022 (Annexure P-1) in terms of Clause 7(e) of the said policy instead of paying them a fixed consolidated amount of Rs.23,500/- per month, which is being paid to the associate teachers and Rs.18,000/- per month, which is being paid to the associate pre-primary teachers. Further prayer has been made for directing the respondents to fix, notify and grant the pay scale to the petitioners under the Policy for Welfare of Adhoc, Contractual, RAVINDER SINGH 2026.04.29 17:30 I agree to specified portions of this document

CWP-12923 of 2026 Temporary Teachers (Nation Builders) and Other Employees in School Education Department dated 07.10.2022 (Annexure P-1) and for directing the respondents to pay the petitioners' pay and allowances in terms of the notified pay scale with effect from the date of appointment along with all consequential benefits, including arrears, along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of appointment. 2.

After arguing the case for some time, learned assisting counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to first approach the competent authority for redressal of their grievances.
