Petitioner had filed a communication dated 10.07.2014 intimating the office of Hon'ble the Chief Justice of this Court that her husband had been taken away by the police on 04.07.2014 but as per reply he had been arrested on 10.07.2014 in a case of recovery of 500 gms of heroin from him. It has also been informed that the husband of the petitioner is involved in other cases also. Another case is also under the NDPS Act.

In view of peculiar circumstances of this case, it will not be feasible for this Court to come to an opinion that the petitioner's husband had been illegally detained.

Petition is dismissed there being no ground warranting any direction.
