   Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.194 dated 30.6.2019 under Sections 307, 365, 395 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Kasola, District Rewari.

Vide order dated 10.08.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

#       )       Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jitender, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 10.08.2021 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the PARVEEN KUMAR 2021.12.04 06:19 I attest to the accuracy of this order.
