**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 174 dated 29.11.2017, registered under Sections 363, 366-A IPC and Section 3 and 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Guru Harsahai, District Ferozepur.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage certificate has been handed over to the police. He further states that pursuant to the order dated 01.3.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
State counsel submits that as per their information the girl is residing with the petitioner. She further states that the petitioner has joined Gurpreet Singh Bhatia 2018.07.27 15:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

The victim had made a statement favourable to the petitioner in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.
Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 01.3.2018 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
