(ORAL) Complainant through this revision has sought modification of judgment dated 10.11.2015 passed by the First Appellate Court, converting the sentence of respondents No.2 to 5 for six months under Section 323/34 IPC and one year under Section 325/34 IPC into probation of good conduct subject to payment of compensation.

Heard.

The First Appellate Court in its wisdom considering the peculiar facts and circumstances has granted compensation of `25,000/- to the petitioner-complainant and other injured while granting probation to the private respondents. After going through the impugned judgment, this Court is not inclined to differ with the findings of the First Appellate Court. Dismissed.
