(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, the particulars of the previous cases could not be mentioned and has, thus, requested to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file afresh with complete particulars. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
