**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.41, dated 12.04.2024, under Sections 21(B), 29 NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Khalra, District Tarn Taran.

This Court vide order dated 27.05.2024 while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 27.05.2024 the petitioner has joined the investigation. It has been noticed that in order dated 27.05.2024, inadvertently, quantity of the Heroin recovered was typed as 100 grams otherwise it should be 100 grams each.

CRM-M-26887-2024 Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Nirmal Singh, does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. In view of the above, the order dated 27.05.2024 is made absolute.
