Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the acquittal of the petitioner qua offence punishable under Section 324 of IPC is bad in law. In order to substantiate, he wants this Court to re0appreciate the evidence which is beyond the scope of Section 401 of IPC. 2.
In view of above, this Court does not find any reason to interfere in the present petition. Resultantly, the same is dismissed.
