The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to official respondents to recalculate the charges from 1996 and adjust the already paid amount. It is further seeking direction to respondents to decide his representation dated 24.03.2026.

The respondent on 06.01.2015 disconnected petitioner's electricity supply on account of non-payment of outstanding dues. As per respondent, outstanding dues are much more than assessed by petitioner. As per respondent, outstanding dues are Rs.64,32,213/-. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to pay a sum of Rs.40,00,000/-, thus, its matter should be settled and connection be restored.
