In pursuance of order dated 12.07.2023, neither the petitioners have got the demand draft amounting to Rs.15,000/- nor the petitioners have deposited the process fee on account of which notice could not be issued to respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in view of the above, the present petition be dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the petitioners to move an application for restoration of the present case when the demand draft amounting to Rs.15,000/- in the name of respondent No.3 is prepared by the petitioners. In view of the same, the present petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to move an application for restoration alongwith demand draft of Rs.15,000/- in the name of respondent No.3. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
