REKHA MITTAL J. (Oral) Notice to respondent could not be issued as counsel for the petitioner did not file the process fee.

On 08.09.2016, the order passed by this Court reads as follows:- "Learned counsel states that after filing of the petition approximately Rs.30,000/- has been deposited by the petitioner.

Notice of motion, returnable for 24.01.2017 on the limited question to see whether the matter can be settled between the parties. The petitioner is about 70 years old. The petitioner would place on record the receipt of the amount on the next date of hearing."

The petitioner has not placed on record document with regard to deposit of Rs.30,000/- in terms of aforesaid order. He has even failed to file the process fee despite being given one weeks' time for the purpose. Finding no alternative, the petition is ordered to be dismissed.
