(Oral) The present petition is filed against the impugned order dated 10.3.2023, passed by the learned Family Court, Rewari, whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay Rs.15,000/- per month (i.e. Rs.10,000/- per month to respondent No.1-wife and Rs.5000/- per month to respondent No.2-minor son of the petitioner) to the respondents towards interim maintenance.

Order sheets show that from the last two dates i.e. 23.8.2023 and 08.11.2023 there was no representation on behalf of petitioner. Even today nobody on behalf of petitioner is present to pursue this petition. It seems that the petitioner is no more interested to pursue the present petition.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
