Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and while noticing that the petitioners have already submitted a representation dated 2.9.2020 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, District Fazilka, Punjab the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the District & Sessions Judge concerned within a period of one week from today seeking appropriate directions especially in view of judgment dated 25.7.2012 rendered by Division Bench PANKAJ KAKKAR 2020.09.08 17:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
