(ORAL) Pursuant to the order dated 20.08.2018, the petitioner has produced in Court a demand draft bearing No. 985895 dated 24.08.2018, amounting to ` 1,90,000/- in the name of respondent No. 2-Anil Kumar, as per settlement entered into between the parties with the intervention of Mediator, Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 22.02.2018. The same has been handed over to respondent No. 2, who has acknowledged the receipt of same on photocopy of the demand draft by appending his signatures and thumb mark duly identified by his counsel. The same is taken on record. Office to tag the same at the appropriate place.

CRR-4095-2016 (O&M) -2As per custody certificate dated 01.07.2017, out of the total sentence of one year, the petitioner has already undergone 8 months and 3 days including remissions.
In view of amicable settlement in between the parties, the impugned judgments of conviction passed by the Courts below are upheld. The revision, to this extent, is dismissed. However, considering the custody period of the petitioner, order of sentence dated 29.05.2013 is modified to the extent that the sentence awarded to the petitioner is reduced to the period already undergone.
