Mr. Vipin Mahajan, Advocate for respondent No. 2. **** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 02.02.2017 passed by learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Kalanaur, District Gurdaspur (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that he would have no objection in case petition is allowed and impugned order is set aside. He further submits that the reason for giving such statement is that respondent No. 2 is taking legal appropriate remedies for custody of the child. Given above, the present petition is allowed and impugned order is set aside. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of. It is clarified that this order shall not come in the way of respondent No. 2 in other legal proceedings.
