**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that vide order dated 21.03.2017 of this Court, the petitioner was directed to appear/surrender before the learned trial Court and the trial Court was required to admit him to interim bail.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that in pursuance of order dated 21.03.2017 of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court on 27.03.2017 and bail & surety bonds furnished by him were attested and accepted by the trial Court. Considering the fact that the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court, the order dated 21.03.2017 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute and accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioner shall be bound by the conditions imposed by the trial Court.
