(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the FIR No. 211, dated 28.12.2020, Police Station Mamdot, District Ferozepur, under Sections 376, 457, 506 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act (Annexure P-2), was lodged at the instance of petitioner No.1 (minor) as regards the allegation that she has been raped by the accused but despite a period of more than 1 year having been elapsed the prosecution has not presented the final report so far. Petitioner No.2 is father of petitioner No.1. A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur so as to enable him to do the needful at the earliest.
