(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking concession of transit anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.26 dated 04.02.2018 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120-B IPC and Section 30(A), 32(2) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 at Police Station Goroul, Sub Division Mahua, District Vaishali (Bihar). Learned State counsel submits that no request has been received by the Haryana Police to arrest the petitioner. According to him, there is no procedure under the Code in which bail in the nature of transit can be granted.

In view of the above, this court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Petitioner is relegated to the remedy seeking appropriate relief from the court of competent jurisdiction. Disposed of.
