**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 0009 dated 27.1.2018, registered under Sections 341, 354-C, 376, 506, 509 IPC and Section 3 of SC/ST Act, Police Station Women Police Station, Narnaul, District Mahendergarh, Haryana. Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 20.2.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the statement made by the complainant which the petitioner has received under the RTI Act.

Crl. Misc. No. M-6519 of 2018 -2obscene photograph has been found.

The complainant has been unable to give the name of the person to whom the obscene photo has been shown even till today. Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 20.2.2018 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
