Today physical hearing was held but on request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is taken up by way of hybrid hearing.

This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 264, dated 21st May, 2021 under Section 21 (b) of the NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Barwala, District Hisar. This Court vide order dated 12th August, 2021 granted the interim bail subject to joining investigation. Learned State Counsel, on instructions from SI Suresh Kumar submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is co-operating.

As no custodial interrogation is needed, the interim bail granted on 12th August, 2021 is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
