(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.62 dated 31.10.2017 under Sections 306/506 IPC, at Police Station Kotli Surat Malhi, District Gurdaspur. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated February 21, 2018, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated February 21, 2018, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
